das.flowFINANZIERUNG
Pay-per-use financing

The rate follows the sun.

das.flow finances your photovoltaic system through the electricity it actually generates. No loan on spec, no rigid annuity – you pay per kilowatt hour.

Your PV system from € 0.12 per kWh
Starting point

The plant pays off. The financing blocks it.

Photovoltaics has long been profitable. What holds projects back is rarely the technology – it's the question of who pre-finances a six-figure sum and who carries the yield risk.

01

Capital is tied up

€ 120,000 for a 100 kWp system is missing from day-to-day operations – where it earns a higher return.

02

The instalment ignores the weather

A classic loan demands the same annuity in December as in June. The yield doesn't work that way.

03

The balance sheet suffers

Debt pushes down the equity ratio – right when the next rating is due.

The principle

Power flows. Data flows. The rate flows.

We finance your PV system through its actual yield. The plant reports monthly how much it has generated – that becomes the invoice. More sun, more repayment. Less sun, lower rate.

The year in profile

In December you pay one sixth of the June rate.

The bars show the energy generated, the line the resulting leasing rate. Both curves are the same curve – that's the whole difference to a loan.

Profitability

Over 40 % lower energy costs – from year one.

Today your entire power demand goes through the grid supplier. Tomorrow your own generation replaces two thirds of it – and even the leasing rate is far below the purchase price.

Der Preis je Kilowattstunde

€/kWh purchased€ 0.35

Every self-generated kilowatt hour costs around a third of the purchase price. The difference stays in the business from month one – not only after the final instalment.

Contract structure

Four parties, one data stream.

There is no paper between plant and invoice. The meter reading travels automatically all the way into the monthly bill.

Benefits

Why pay-per-use.

11 Argumente
For the investment
  • Faster decisions

No lengthy investment application – the plant finances itself from its own yield.

  • Flexible repayment

The rate is based on actual usage instead of a rigid annuity.

  • Fully tax deductible

The variable rate is fully deductible as an operating expense.

  • Liquidity stays free

Instead of energy costs to the supplier, you pay a flexible leasing rate per kWh.

  • Better equity ratio

The plant doesn't burden the balance sheet like a classic investment loan.

  • Continuous monitoring

The direct data connection shows at any time how the plant is performing.

For operations
  • Repayment follows the sunshine hours

A weak winter lowers the rate automatically – no renegotiation.

  • Automated billing

Data transmission and invoicing run without manual effort.

  • Clear dashboards

Generation, self-consumption and rate are visible at all times.

  • CO₂ made visible

Consumption figures and achieved savings are prepared ready for reporting.

  • One point of contact

Planning, plant, connectivity and financing come from a single source.

Häufige Fragen

What is usually asked before financing.

You pay € 0.12 per kilowatt hour generated. The plant reports the meter reading monthly – that becomes the invoice. There is no base fee and no minimum rate.

The rate drops automatically with the yield. A weak winter or a rainy summer extends the term instead of straining your liquidity. There is nothing to renegotiate.

No. das.flow finances the plant entirely through its yield. Your credit line stays free, your equity ratio untouched.

The term is capped at 15 years and ends earlier as soon as the plant is paid off through the instalments. For the reference plant that's around eleven years.

Yes. The variable rate is fully deductible as an operating expense – unlike the repayment of an investment loan.

At the end of the term, ownership of the plant transfers to you. Until then it remains on the leasing partner's balance sheet.

Maintenance, monitoring and fault clearance run via das.care. Planning, plant, data connectivity and financing thus come from a single source.

Yes. Storage, wallboxes and load management can be included in the same financing. Billing continues to be based on the kilowatt hour generated.
