Construction site with mobile energy containers and a photovoltaic roof
das.baseOne system. Three worlds of deployment.

Energythatmoveswiththeconstructionsite.

Generation, storage and distribution move along with the construction schedule – no site power, no foundation.

Deployment worlds

Three worlds. The same technology.

Construction site, festival grounds or field camp: the location changes, the system does not. We configure from the same building blocks – only output, setup and protection requirements differ.

Konstante

What stays identical across all three worlds.

The hardware is the same – and so are spare parts, operation, training and the analytics in das.os.

POWERTOPPOWERCONPOWERCUBEPOWERSHIELDdas.osOnly the location changes.
The problem

Energy is needed where there is none.

Construction sites, event grounds and relocatable positions have one thing in common: they emerge far from reliable grid connections and disappear again. Until then, supply runs on diesel – expensive, loud, maintenance-intensive.

up to 0 months

only 0 %

average daily utilisation of mobile generator sets – the rest is idling

0 %

of the investment stays behind on site when installed permanently

  • 01The connection arrives later than operations do.
  • 02Diesel is delivered, guarded and burnt – every single day.
  • 03Generator sets run at partial load and still keep consuming.
  • 04After the deployment, the energy infrastructure is hazardous waste instead of an asset.
The modular kit

One kit. Three configurations.

The building blocks are the same in every world. What differs is only which of them are deployed – and what they are designed for.

Continuous load over months, without a site power connection and without a foundation.

01

Generation

The power plant travels with you.

Mobile photovoltaics arrive on site by truck and produce from the first hour of sunshine – no foundation, no grid connection, no permitting process for a rooftop system.

  • POWERTOP activates the roof area of every container
  • POWERCON arrives with PV, technology and connections pre-installed
  • POWERSHIELD supplies operational vehicles autonomously

02

Storage

Solar power becomes a predictable supply.

POWERCUBE buffers the daily yield and releases it when the site draws load. Peak loads are capped before the generator kicks in – and the site keeps running through the night.

  • Scalable capacity to match the load profile
  • Backup operation without diesel
  • Fewer operating hours on the generator
Site containers with PV roofs and an unfolded PV system in front of the shell building
03

Usage

The power stays where it is generated.

Tools, machinery, lighting, office and welfare containers as well as charging points all run on one distribution system. No detour via the grid, no fuel deliveries.

  • Site, office and welfare containers supplied
  • Charging infrastructure for vehicles and battery tools
  • Lighting and machinery without a generator

04

Control

das.os turns components into a system.

Generation, storage and consumption are balanced against each other in real time. Site management and controlling can see at any moment what is being produced, stored and consumed – from any location.

  • Automatic load distribution by priority
  • Real-time monitoring across all sites
  • Reporting for site management and controlling

Mobile energy. Modular by design.

Four systems that work on their own and together form a complete mobile power plant – on the construction site, behind the stage and in the field.

POWERTOP
01System

POWERTOP

Container space becomes energy space.

The mountable PV roof for site and office containers. A surface that already exists generates power without taking up additional space on the premises.

  • Mountable on standard containers
  • Installed in hours
  • Relocatable
POWERCON
02System

POWERCON

Energy that comes along.

A complete energy container: photovoltaics, inverter, distribution and connections pre-installed. Set it down, unfold, produce.

  • Plug-and-play on site
  • Relocatable by truck
  • Storage can be integrated
POWERCUBE
03System

POWERCUBE

Store energy. Use it anywhere.

The mobile storage unit turns solar power into a predictable supply. It bridges the night, caps peak loads and replaces generator operating hours.

  • Scalable capacity
  • Backup-capable
  • Controlled via das.os
POWERSHIELD
04System

POWERSHIELD

Energy that rides along.

Photovoltaics mounted directly on the operational vehicle. The foldable modules supply technology, radio and equipment autonomously – no generator, no grid connection.

  • Vehicle-mounted
  • Unfolded in minutes
  • Autonomous in the field
Why das.base

Less dependency. More energy on site.

Mobile energy solves the problems that are always the same on temporary sites: no connection, loud generator sets, rising costs and demand that keeps changing.

01

Mobile

The power plant comes to the deployment – and afterwards moves on to the next one.

02

Modular

Every component works on its own and in combination. Configure it any way you like.

03

Rapidly deployable

Deliver, set up, connect. Operational in hours instead of weeks.

04

Scalable

If demand grows, modules are added. Without modifying the existing system.

05

Less grid dependency

Power is generated where it is consumed. No waiting for the connection.

06

Less diesel

Every hour of sunshine replaces generator runtime – quieter, cleaner, cheaper.

07

Intelligently controlled

das.os distributes energy automatically and makes every value visible in real time.

08

Across all worlds

One system family for construction, events and deployment – one spare parts inventory, one training.

From demand to mobile power plant

Your energy solution in just a few steps.

From the first assessment to final removal, everything stays in one hand – and the system moves on to its next deployment.

Always the same process

Every site starts fresh – the system stays the same.

  1. 01

    Clarify the deployment world

Construction, event or deployment: we first clarify the conditions the system has to work under – accessibility, duration, security requirements.

  2. 02

    Analyse demand

We record load profile and site: what is consumed, when, for how long and with which peaks.

  3. 03

    Configure the system

From POWERTOP, POWERCON, POWERCUBE, POWERSHIELD and charging points, we assemble exactly the combination the project needs.

  4. 04

    Deliver & install

Delivery by truck, setup on site, commissioning on the same day. No foundation, no intervention in the ground.

  5. 05

    Control & optimise

das.os manages priorities, reports deviations and delivers the analytics for project management and controlling.

  6. 06

    Move on

End of deployment does not mean end of system: it is dismantled, loaded and restarts at the next site.

Back to step 01 – at the next site

Häufige Fragen

What you should know about mobile energy.

Not the technology, but the deployment context. The hardware is the same – what differs is power sizing, setup time, accessibility and the requirements for noise, visibility and security. That is why each world has its own page with the relevant details.

Deliver, set up, connect: as a rule, the system is operational within hours, not weeks. POWERTOP is mounted on a standard container, POWERCON arrives on site as a ready-made plug-and-play unit.

No. das.base is designed precisely for sites where there is no connection yet, or none sufficient. Power is generated where it is consumed. With POWERCUBE as storage, the site can also run as a grid backup.

Yes. Every component works on its own and in combination. If demand rises, modules are added – without modifying the existing system. If it falls again, individual units move on to the next site early.

It is not decommissioned – it goes into the next deployment. The entire system is relocatable: POWERCON can be moved by truck, POWERTOP travels with the container, POWERSHIELD rides along on the vehicle.

Yes. Because the building blocks are identical, the same unit can supply a festival in summer and a construction site afterwards. Only accessories and setup are adapted.

Via das.os. The control system automatically distributes energy between generation, storage, loads and charging points and makes every value visible in real time – including remotely.

Deployment world, site, planned duration and a rough idea of consumption are enough to get started. We clarify everything else in the demand analysis – that is where we record load profile, space conditions and connection situation.
